After creating your workstation, instead of clicking on , enter a random UNIQUE value in the field Desk identifier and save.
Ex : 12345679
Log out
Log in
Enter the following url in your browser, replacing blue elements :
https://your-domain/tnsx/sales/identifyPhyDesk.htm?phdIdentifier=your-identifiant
Ex: https://INSTIT_CODE.pos.secutix.com/tnsx/sales/identifyPhyDesk.htm?phdIdentifier=12345679
You can now see that your workstation is now detected, and that you can access the sales context.
